Hello Reader, I hope you are staying warm in this coolish weather. Well, it's that time of the month again! This month's special guest, I spoke with Veronica Vogel from Nutrition Fix on the Central Coast. Veronica is an accredited Dietitian and Nutritionist who loves working with middle-aged women. She has found that women often prioritize their families first, and get lost as to how to address the niggling and often perplexing health conditions that creep into their day-to-day life. And sometimes they simply lack the motivation to do so. Veronica help's women work through the barriers to feel better and live a more energised and balanced life; by offering in-person and online sessions. Research tells us now that what we eat affects our gut health, especially as we transition through peri-post menopause with our long term health. The importance of a good diet is paramount if we want to preserve our health well in-to the future years. We know that healthy eating habits is a challenge for many and with all the conflicting information we read in the media, it can become frustrating and confusing.
